What is an Elective Keepsake 3D UItrasound?

We offer an ultrasound that will enhance the prenatal experience and increase the bond between parents and baby.  This is an elective ultrasound and is not done in lieu of a complete diagnostic ultrasound.

How Long Will It Take?

In addition to the time specified for your package, you should plan for an extra ten or fifteen minutes.

How Soon Can I Get a 3D Ultrasound?

Should you choose to have only one ultrasound to represent your pregnancy, we recommend 26-32 weeks gestational age. Our Peek-A-Boo package can be done after 18 weeks but does not include 3D/4D imaging.

Will Insurance Pay for the 3D Ultrasound?

Insurance does not cover the costs of this elective, non-diagnostic 3D ultrasound. You will need to pay the package price at the time of your appointment.  We accept cash Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Please Note:
Women seeking an elective keepsake ultrasound with Columbus Obstetricians-Gynecologists, Inc. must already be receiving prenatal care with a health care provider and have undergone a medical, diagnostic ultrasound ordered by your physician to confirm due date, screening for anomalies, and to look for any other pregnancy-related issues. Record of this diagnostic ultrasound must be provided at time of 3D Ultrasound appointment.
