Classes are held on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Cost:  $75

The classes are presented by Ms. Sonya Sidner, RNC, BSN, who is currently a Labor & Delivery Nurse at Mount Carmel East Hospital.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS

Two pillows and a blanket or mat to use during the breathing lessons
Your booklet "Great Expectations - Your Guide to Prenatal Care" which you received at your OB Coordinator appointment

You can register for classes at the Front Desk of any of our six office locations or by calling (614) 434-2400.  Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted prior to the day of class.  Only cash and checks will be accepted the day of class.

Please Note:  In the unlikely event there are not enough participants in a class, the class will be cancelled and participants will be rescheduled or receive a full refund.
